What a sad state of affairs when members who claim to be dogmen/women are saying its good that others have been raided. I dont know anything about dog fighting and i wouldnt critisice something which i dont understand. It sickens me how the media potray us hunting lads and it gets everyones backs up and rightly so because they talk shit. But people have short memories because as soon as anything is written about pitbulls ect you believe every word of it. Dawnb your the scum here "unfortunately ANY Pit Bull owned now must be in the wrong hands", yeah so every lurcher/terrier must be in the wrong hands aswell because pretty much all hunting is illegal. Do you see a huntsman and think scum because he is hunting illegaly??? NO didnt think you would. Double standards.

To be honest folks a few of you on here seem to be linking "dog fighting" and "hunting/working dogs" in the same breath, too me that is totally wrong!! Bad enough the media try to link these pricks to the hunting world without doing it on here ourselves

saw several pit bulls in my time and all the ones ive saw were decent pets with there family ,and none were any more agreesive than some farm collies terreirs etc , they are very popular in the states they cross them with other dawgs for all sorts of hunting and do the job well not seen any fighting with each other as the work with other dogs at times ,i dont think the dogs are bad i think owners who cant control them, i see lots over in new mexico all along them mexican border, but hey are no were as bad as the heelers they have and other gaurding breeds,thye are good dogs for working ,hunting, and all sorts off sporting activities , as i sasy its not the dogs its the owners without the sense they were born with,another thing if guys are not harming people and use them for pescontrol sporting activities what makes it bad , ive always believed you dont piss in my garden and ill not piss on yours ,and its sometimes the best way ,i dont think its natural for dogs to fight all the time can only be human interferace ,alot of peole make nioses on here who have never had the chance to see a lot of life ,maybe they should not be banned but keps under licence and sensibility etc something our country lacks at this time of its goverment

Whats being said is if you dont know f**k all about it then how can you comment? the majority of animal lovers wich are against hunting think its cruel killing a cute fox, they dont have a idea of what its really about, they just jump to conclusions. We all know the amount of shit written in the papers etc about hunting and its all a load of shite, so is what the papers say about pitt bull owners etc true? Try and look at the bigger picture,instead of doing what the antis and general public do and believe all the shit written in the papers! oh, and you wanted a link from bull owners to working dogs - where do you think the truely game bull x's came from???

Like everything in Britain, it's the few idiots that spoil it for everybody else. You just got to look at the way certain lads are acting with their hunting, making it hot for those who go about theirs respectfully & quietly. They don't target the ones causing the problems, it takes too much effort to single people out, they just use blanket measures instead and put everyone involved on the wrong side of the law...

i have a young springer spaniel and she is one hell of a dog she will do what eva i say and in my opinion staffys and pitbulls are one hell of a ugly dog who on earth would like to be seen with such an ugly thing. oh i know what it is LOOK LOOK im f***ing bad ive got a dog thats got lockjaw.

my mums mate had a staffy for 9years and that was suposed to be good around children and that till one day it ripped her face off while she was a sleep if that was my mum i would of shoot it right in the f***ing head with a 243.

anyway thats my opinion u guys can say what u like but it wont bother me as i have more things to think about than b**ch each other down

i'm not a fan of dog fighting but love bullbreeds and respect there gameness, the same way i like a terriers gameness or a lurchers speed and turning skils, as for boosting your ego antis say the exacy same thing about fox hunting

Carry on moaning about the raids. If the dogs are all legal and it has been a miscarriage of justice then the police have screwed up again and the dogs will go back to their owner

 

If they are involved in dog fighting then they are scum, simple as.
