jasper65 6
Sorry to hear that pal!! you must be pretty pissed off as I know I would be. sounds like the Valve isn't shutting off when you bleed the gun, its a piss take when you have had two in a matter of a week do the same.... I'm sure you get 28 days grace from the shop if its not up to standard to get your money refunded, if not it looks like a long wait for another R10 to get delivered to the shop.... there a lad just advertised a Air Ranger on here only a few months old for £650, if you get refunded it might be work taking a look as Daystates 3 year warrantly is also transferable...... I'm gutted for you Mate Jasper Quote Link to post
moxy 617
Daft as it sounds but have you enough pressure in your diving bottle?? If your air is low in the tank it doesent have enough poke to seal the valve shut, about 100 bar is the minimum i think, may be less. Although you get a good release of air when you purge, it hasnt got the welly behind it it needs, so your buddy bottle slowly leaks. Quote Link to post
ulverston moocher 60
Alright lads think I might of sorted it it is the valve beetween the quick fill and the bottle not shuting off when the quick fill is removed so I have removed the bottle placed the quick fill in the gun and opened the divers bottle full to 210 bar to clean out the valve there were some fillings and grease came out any ways put bottle back on and it has blown up without leaking so hope it is cured. If I didnt like the gun so much I would get my money back and get something else as it isnt a week till friday but I realy like the gun looks, shoots and handles spot on so I will persevere thanks for all the replies I will keep you all updated. atb Moocher Quote Link to post

garfield 23
here are the replies so far mate When he is bleeding it off, after filling, is he doing it quickly? If it is done slowly I think the filling port can stay open. have you tried to fill bottle up off the rifle? Andy Quote Link to post

mark739 1
I replaced my new R10 on Friday 26th it was only firing at 5.5 ft/lbs. The shop sent it back to BSA they had it for over 2 weeks and had not looked at it. What a crap service seeing as the gun had only fired about 150-160 pellets, the gun shop honored my request to swap for a HW100 awesome gun, my advice stay away from BSA. Quote Link to post
