Garypco 2
another quicky, had half an hour earlyer the female could of been following on better but shes still high, wprked through some woodland and pushed a few rabbits had a really good uphill flight on one but missed it to a warren, then worked a small corner of a wood, put kiera up a tree and worked the viz through,as lil was picking up some scent a rabbit bolted out the back door kiera was away the rabbit had a 30 yrd start through cover and headed for a warren on the bank, kiera was onto it and cleanly hit it straight on the back of the head,as i made in the cow footed me again and i despatched the rabbit and let her feed up,slowly getting there bloody wethers a bugger for keeping weight on at the moment itl be a few days again now before we can hunt!!! Fletcher 0
Excellent photos gary, what weight does she hunt at, and how much did she weigh after you fed her up on that rabbit. I normally allow my fella about 100g if I'm letting him feed up on a kill, I don't feed him up unless I know I'm not getting out the day, I'd say 100g is a full crop for my male.
