elma-fudd 0 Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 Hi all, i am a hunting life virgin thought it was time to start gathering info on working my new dog never worked my dogs before it was abit of fun for them but it would be wrong not to let my new dog do what she was bred for(she is nearly 4 months and getting bigger by the day,grayhound/deerhound)i have done some lamping with my cross collie( abit slow but what a flusher) and my whippetx(nothing got away from her)but sadly she broke her back 5weeks ago,so am back to 2 dogs and cant wait for my pup to get abit bigger, anyway thats enough rabling at what age should i start letting her go and anytips for training her to the lamp thanks, ps great forum.
