Billsno1 0
Hi all. Im looking for some info on the above Gunpower guns as im thinking of purchasing one or the other. I know diddly squit about either, but like the design and the fact thaqt the storm seems to have a longer barrel. I guess this could aid longer range accuracy? Also, are the storm models available with a take down bag too? Any advice/info/ pros and cons on either model would be greatly appreciated. thanks Bill Quote Link to post

zini 1,939
Both rifles are very good rifles mate. I liked my Stealth a little better than the Storm and i got my longest shot ever with my Stealth. The rifles are just out and out vermin destroyers. Some people say that they are not accurate striaght from the shop and need tinkering. Rubbish mate only my Storm was moded. Its people who cant shoot correctly and blame the rifle buddy. I would have another Stealth or Storm tomorrow pal. With a .22 Stealth you are able, "shooting ability depending" to take vermin all day long at 50 metres mate and shoot some 1/2 groups at 35 metres without really trying. My Storm had the ability to go up to 54 ft/lbs if needed and also would easily destroy rabbits at 60metres plus. I used to only use it on 12 or 24 ft/lbs though buddy and it was accurate enough to shoot rabbits stone dead at 63 metres which was my longest shot with the Storm. Festa from this forum was with me when i did it. The Stealth beat that though and it was a sub 12 ft/lb rifle. Si Quote Link to post

Billsno1 0
Have just bought a second hand logun s16s but its low on power, (11ft/pds with packing washers behind hammer spring). Is there any way of bringing the power up? Quote Link to post
othickman 6
11 foot pounds? If you put the power up but keep it under the 12 foot pound law to stay on the safe side (one shot that exceeds 12ft/lbs means the rifle is illegal, even if 99% of shots don't) then .5ft/lbs is not worth fiddling about with it; it'll only give you a yard extra range, if that.
