black lab 3 Posted February 20, 2010 Report Share Posted February 20, 2010 Went out for a walk the other day with a mate of mine to a piece of ground 600 acres+ it's purely a cull ground to protect young tree's with no tubes only Vole Guards on tree's, and the whole ground in Deer Fenced in, sometimes its a bad thing as once there in they dont want to go back out, unless it's in the back of my 4x4, we arrived 1 hour before it got dark 5pm ish, first plantation we came to there was 3 Roe's feeding well on young tree's, first 1 shot @ 124yards 2 @ 130yards 3rd @ 142yards i must admit i was on the Rangefinder and my mate done the business on the rifle from his sticks, as you can see no meat damage, then the usual gralloch in the dark and cleaned up at the larder, the Gamedealer picked up the next morning 1 Quote Link to post
