countrylass 0
Just thought i would share a few more pics of my pup with you. He is the first Lurcher i have owned for working although my partner has always had them. He hasn't had the best start in life, got him home after picking him up last tuesday and on wednesday morning he was rushed to the vets as he couldn't eat or go to the toilet. He had xrays and ended up being operated on, turned out he had a bacteria infection that was over producing gas and the gas was blocking him up. He is well on his way to recovery these photos were taken just 2 days after his operation. Just need to build his weight back up now. Quote Link to post

countrylass 0
Thanks guys. He is 17 weeks old. I was lead to believe he was a deerhound/greyhound x deerhound/collie/greyhound but i have since found out from the guy that has his brother and is very friendly with the sire's owners that is his breeding is. Sire - Deerhoundxgreyhound Dam- Beddie/whippet/greyhound. Five generations ago there was collie in his breeding. He is doing great now, his weight is coming on nicely. Thanks for all your kind coments and support. It was great to meet you on Sunday Inan Quote Link to post
