kdcurtis 0
Hi all! Can anyone recommend some good brands/styles of pellet for bunny bashing? I use a .22 co2 air rifle that holds 5.5 ml pellets. Thank you. Quote Link to post
nickarris83 17
i used to use air arms field another good choice, but i currently tested the defiant .22 medium , WOW best pellets so far!!, my superten, rapid 7 , s300 and raider all love them , but you must remember ...... a pellet performs totally different in each gun. Very few co2 get up to 12ft lb so it may be a flat head and fairly close range could be useful, or pointed a little further out, if the power is much down from 12ft lb, pellet choice is very likely to be different from 12ft lb! Then, on top of all that, you will need to find one that suits your rifle!! It may also be worth a mention in the air rifle section!! Edited February 18, 2010 by Deker Quote Link to post

Tobias 0
I get on very well with RWS superdomes in my pre charges and RWS superfields in my spring guns in .22 and .177 they will kill all vermin as long as you can do your bit and hit the killzone as all pellets,Best to find a pellet you are happy with and can hit your targets with confidence then try it on your vermin, good tip for rats would be flatheads or hollow points as they hit very hard at close range, hope this helps. How do you get on with these in the Superten mate? I have the bullbarrel version and have used accupel for many years now, but now they have swapped to premier i am looking for a change. Dont get me wrong, why change when it aint broke i know, but find they do drop a little more than id like them to, Cheers Edited February 28, 2010 by Leicester hunter Quote Link to post
