ye thats a kind gesture as long as there facilties and we can have a bar to present the winners with a warm fire , and a place to keep the jukels safe , i miss the old feild trails we had a good crack , and some very hard desisions to make but with lamping a bit easier ,at times, for many years ive had alot out of the dogs game money and some [bANNED TEXT] laughs ,so its only [bANNED TEXT] you put in abit knowledge and time , and give people the chance that they will not get in this present climate

how wi the winer of each heat be judged , wil it be on the amount of rabbits cought.

There is a pub about 3 min away mate with a tidy menu. id throw a free evening meal and the 1st pint in aswell. the kennels are secure and in barn under lock and key. you could also try a feereting day to test the lurchers

perhaps run the final then. if everyone chips in some cash, get it down to the final 4 you can stop in cottages for the 2 nights. the money from all entrants could pay for the finalists to have a free weekend with a trophy at the end weekend. only a sujestion whin. just trying to help out

sounds good id be up for it, my dog is only young and just starting out and definatly no world beater, id go just for the fun of it and to meet new people in the game

sounds like one hell of a crack, always up for puttin my dogs to the test against others, not because i think there brill but like to watch half decent dogs work, but would be well up for a shot at it tho.

So is this a field trial, ie ferreting, lamping, hunting up? like others have asked, how's it judged, how's it scored, when's it on, who's land is it on, is there an age limit on entrants, what are the prizes how much is the purse, how much is the entry fee, when you taking entries..........and most importantly can i enter it???

no whins comp is totally different to the weekends advertised but they could hold the final there if they wanted to
