thanks will do the person that rung said she was in one of his stables and she was all knocked up through running her too hard and said whats it worth then gave him a number to ring and when some one picked up they didnt know what he was on about it makes me think has he been offerd the dog and he was seeing what he can get for it first just dont know there is some knobs out there

This is absolutely heartbreaking, what is wrong with people to use emotional torture making calls like that! The police make me sick why the hell arn't they doing anything about dog theft. If people were given decent prison sentences they wouldn't do it.

i know what you mean when the dog went he rung the police strait away and told them what car they were in and everything and they come out a hour later they just dont give a shit if they pulled there finger out there ars they could have cort them with the dog there just a bunch off

Probably clutching at straws here, but if you know the time it happened, the colour and make of the car and the road the car took off on (which would give you a likely idea of the outway route), are there any CCTV camera's that anyone would have running locally that might have captured the car registration number (local garage's, police/council CCTV etc)?

 

You know the time of the incident so if they still had a recording it would only take minutes to check it for that date and time and the car would be easily identifiable? Whether the car would be registered in the offenders name or not is another thing, but even if you got a previous owner you could still track the scum down.

 

Anyways just a suggestion as it sounds like you would go to any lengths to get this dog back. Hope it works out for you.

Meant to add you can get a name and address for the registered owner of a vehicle without any help from the police i.e. on your own, as long as you have the registration number.

no probs,it was my partner who went with him to london and the stables, i gave him some info the other day just wondered whether he chased it up, tell him to give us a ring if he needs owt, all the best with the search,im sure she will turn up sooner or later
