hawkhigh 2 Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 Well as you can see my new traps have come, There is... 6, more T-Rex 6, more Fenn mk 6 2, Nooski 1, more squirrel/mink cage trap plus a cupple for other things that come later on so i dont have a pic as yet but i will do and they are... 1, more fox trap 12, more mole traps they have all now been put outside in the composter for a the next week or 2. so hope to have them out to pay there way Well take care hunter and pest'ds Quote Link to post

The Snap- E are the ones i use.......look at the rat thread in this section i put up.........they work a treat, yours will work too no doubt but i like the open design better. If you want to shortcut the trap weathering/cleaning process, then boil them up with a little soda or oak bark it will remove all smells and oils a treat........Keep at it and they will see plenty of use. Thanks all for your post. i'm putting my cage trap to work monday for a squirrel job i would use my kania 2000 but i am not happy as they are going up the roof and then up a 10/15ft chimney stack so i have spent some time sorting the cage out. & Rolfe Yes itis the setting stick that you gave me on your course. well take care out there & safe hunting Edited February 19, 2010 by hawkhigh Quote Link to post
