fox hunter 53 Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 Well Lads Lasses as you know the Irish Lamping Competition 2009/2010 is coming to a close. The Finals were on last night for the people in the Winners Round(1stGroup) Lets just say there was a good nights sport involved all enjoyed it was great to be out. Fox Hunter Jnr vs Lampman. Was a great heat both dogs did excellent not much between them. But at the end of the night their had to be a winner, so Fox Hunter Jnr came out on top with 7 rabbits while Lampman came out with 5 rabbits. The Losers heats (2nd Group) are still going on, thats coming to a close also very soon depending on the men and the moon. Fox Hunter vs Richie Thursday night April vs Slip Date yet to be decided Hopefully all will be finished with shortly as livestocks getting put out and rabbits and getting in young. Each dog got 10 slips Serious ! so the dog in the FINAL got 5 out of 10 ? Not saying the dog isnt good or anything but i thought being in the irish lamping comp final they would take more than half there slips ! But 7 is what i was thinkin was good ! And not going to lie he got 2 out of 2 they were both squaters omly slipped him twice as soon as i entered the field or got over the gate they were gone, there wasnt a puff of wind was a shit night ! Your trophy... lets tell the people about your bonus :clapper: sure why not, well we entered into a field turned on the light and there was 2 at the bottom of the field they took off running so we decided to slip we thought the to dogs would follow each other but it didnt happen to dogs decided to take there own , to dogs cought there and the job was done bit of fight trying to hold them on our own but foxhunter was there to give a hand, had a good laugh tho ending up ass over tit in a ditch, for a first season bitch and her first she done very well i think...
