jf1970 328 Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 i have 2 9 mth old hobs,for the past few days the larger one is grabing the other by the scruff and simulating mating,they are brothers and are kept in same hutch,is this them reaching maturity and should i seperate them or will i just leave as they are?there is no fighting between them. stubby 175 Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 if they are not drawing blood from each other, leave them be I have two 3yr old hob brothers, that have never been seperated, apart from when servicing jills, having hobs that live together can be handly if ferreting in summer, as normally hobs would fight as another note, I have eleven ferts sharing a court at the moment, and seven of them are hobs, all get on brilliantly Quote Link to post
