Llanshooter 0
Fursty ferret & I had a cracking afternoon roost shoouting on Saturday. got to the wood just before 3pm and about 100 pigeons took off as we walked in. Was quiet for a little while then they started to come in odd ones and twos. After a while there were a few bangs going off in the copses and wood all over the area. Once the pigeons had been stirred up a bit they were coming into the wood in groups of up to twenty at a time. Whish was great fun. We have been a couple of times so far in Feb. Last week was a bit slow due to fog but with a nice breeze this week they came in from the one direction. We had swapped positions this week so FurstyFerret had teh first crack at most. ended up wth just over 20 Cracking Quote Link to post
