Hi I found Glevum incubator in my garage it looks an old thing 1930's ?? would love to know how it works, I read post from Minzy saying he had a copy of instructions any chance of a copy ?[/quote

Hi all iv been given a 1930s glevum wooden cabinet parrafin incubator, and would like to give it a go with some goose eggs has anybody got any experience of them and any tips ( apart from using a modern one) ! thanks in advance DF

I have a oil Glevum Superior in working order with original instructions, the only piece that is not original is the egg tray and possibly the legs. I have used it many time with domestic heating oil in a well ventilated outbuilding. No longer used, any interest.
