Aye, I'm hoping my pup will find the deer I shoot, aswell !! LOL !! Been doing a bit of shooting down the country, had my first go last year on the geese, done well !! Also had a few days on the pheasants and parties, and, dare I say it, on the hares !! Much rather see a dog behind them, but can't turn the invites down !!

I was invited down there again this year, but couldn't make it 'cause I've got a new pup on the go, and an owld dog on her last legs. The Mrs has just got back from 4 month down there, but that was visiting relitives and friends ! Heres the link to the new site, Boardogs is still going, but no forum. Have you still got them deer X's ? My new pup is what the Ozzies call a "Stag", she's 1st cross deer/grey. Stay lucky, mate.

I WAS OUT WITH YOGI /SAME BREEDING.... AFTER 4 SOLID HOURS HE WAS STILL HUNTING AWAY & THESE DOGS COULD DO IT ALMOST ANY DAY. THIS LINE HAD THE BEST NOSE IVE EVER SEEN IN LURCHERS & I ATTENDED THE NL & RC FIELD TRIALS A FEW TIMES & HAVE HUNTED OVER BRITAIN & IRELAND. MANY ATTEMPTS 2 RECREATE THIS SAME LINE & SADLY NEVER QUITE MANAGED IT.,
