And this springer is tidy ferreting dog and will work any cover and has caught her share,shes handy for retrieving the rabbits that the terriers have killed in deep cover Quote Link to post

shellywarwick 6 Posted February 15, 2010 Report Share Posted February 15, 2010 Worse thing i ever done!!!they were to fast, head strong and pulled the other terriers off in all directions.very fast don't think they will catch much and if you have got half of England as your permission they are your dog!!!being 5 stone or more over weight and didn't have a kennel big enough for the cart horse, to keep up with them they had to go.lol still on the same phone number tried to ring you the other day for a chat cheers Quote Link to post

RS Thanks shes about six yrs old and blind in one eye but she works hard and retrieve well marks and is steady around the warrens she likes a fox as well Quote Link to post

Taker sounds a very good mix, get the images up of sire & dam! Just seen a add on another forum for some steady bushers, cocker X Border Terrier, should be handy and rather biddable.
