best for bushing and ferreting

Recommended Posts

Hey all what would you class as a good terrier for bushing and ferreting not for foxes.

Just thinking of a terrier to accompany me and the whippet for ferreting and general mooching.

Was thinking either plummer of bedlington but trying to find a working bedlington is like trying to find a needle in a haystack.

I know all terriers can go to ground but have you got a terrier that you only use for ferreting.

Thanks all.

proper little bushing dog mate,if its in there she will find it,my mate has the litter sister(only two in the litter)

i only saw his for the first time over the xmas period, now two years old, took them out for a bit of bushing and they both worked equally well

very smart dogs mate and you will not tire them out, just something for you to think about rather than a straight terrier
