calibre question

does anyone know if changing a .22 cal barrel on my stealth to a .20 cal will it still produce 12ft lbs or will it be more or less power ? as dont want to exceed legal limit nor to be way under either...

Hi, mate.

 

If you go down in caliber, it'll reduce the power a little by about 10% ish. That's not a totaly sound rule, but just a rough guide... And vise versa.

if its like a rapid its not just changing barrel your need a 20 cal probe and the 20 cal mag

cheers mate will bare that in mind may just even stick [bANNED TEXT] .22 only found one pellet that suits my gun and its a pointed of all things but boy does it fly straight r.w.s.superpoint best ever tried long range or short it dont fail and imparts all of its energy on impact and mushrooms up big time had no over kill or pellet travel after impact every shot consistant well worth trying but may not suit all guns as generaly pointeds fly like a corkscrew but not this one not in my stealth 2000 anyway...cheers again
