willum 89
how do mate as arule normally 1/2 and 1/4 is the norm but i use 1/2 3/4 3/4 for longer range clays especially if using fibre wad as the pattern is not as good as plas wad but all the best mate rember to swing through when pulling trigger maintain leed and just go with the flow
Geoff.C 0
I mostly use 1/4 and 1/4, you will be surprised how effective this is, on close clays and 35 yard-ish ones. Usually only go to 1/4 and 1/2 if there is anything that looks a bit far out. This is with fibre wads, as apart from one ground, everywhere I go is fibres only, so I don't buy plaswads anymore. DIGGIT 6
It all comes down to what discipline of clay shooting you are doing, if your shooting trap like dtl i would go for 5/8th 3/8th, if your shooting sporting i would go with 1/2 and 1/2, if your shooting skeet i would go for 1/4 1/4 good luck buddy......
