bolting and banging rabbits

It should not affect them at all mate last year i went out with a shooter a few times and my ferrets didnt care less.

was out shooting over the ferrets at the weekend. the young ones bolted a few but the old hob caught every time we put him to ground and popped out on the end of the odd bunny. they didnt seem to mind the noise we were using an AYA No2 and a mossberg pump action, going to give the new 410s/s a try next time.

Never had a problem as long as you let them get away from the burrow ,i usually get my son to work the ferrets as the minute you lay the gun down to dig the rabbit bolts but thats all part of the fun

As a lot of the previous posts we use the ferrets to nets and guns and it doesnt make a jot of difference
