thanks for all the comments lads....scout was never a great dog, great dogs to me are the likes of foxy snowy and his mother charlie joe to name a few ..he was just a good big hearted dog who was my mate..i think i have told the story about him a thousand times butil tell it one more time to quieten the crabbers who said scout was just a lamping dog.. his mother was a star who was seen by many and praised by many who seen her..his dad was just a young dog who i put to susie just really cos i seen him run when he was a 12 month old sapling but more so cos of his mother foxy... i ran scout at 10 month old local and to be honest he was pretty shit.i knew he need big land .. we took him down fen and that was where he was bred for.. he really ran well for a good season and half.. then my mates stopped going and as desmond says im a quirky f****r and dont mix well. so we just ran him local where he never excelled .. then when he was about 5ish i cant remember, got talking to lad from pompey who had a certain strain of bullx what some regard as the best. we had some banter and i knew heworked his dogs hard s isaid to him take scout and test him which he did on the flint.. me and this lad had a bit of a fall out but he still kept scout until true to his word he returned him..thenlatr he rang me and asked if he could line his bitch with scout which i agreed

 

ihad a few people wantin to use scout buti always tried and use him on good bitches and well bred.. funnily enough though teh bitch whatwe put him too as a favour to me mate wasnt that well bred and he produced fly what won last yrs forley and his a very good bitch.. hes lined about 5 bitches just hope he can produce to them .. i seenone run this year scout x storm which has the making of being a good dog and mymate likes his 2 bitches off him out of same litter.. im keeping apup out of scout x megan.. fensare far has some pups to him to hiscindy bitch which i seen run and his a good bitch and ijust lined scouts sisters daughter which by many say his top draw .. so to all them people who crab him and say he just a lamping dog dont know him or ever seen him they just go bywhat someelse said.. soem of these lampingmen will put us daytime men to shame in conditioning a dog and working them.. rip scout
