this dog was pinched a few seasons back mate

cheers mate only reason a was asking is a couple of me pals have pups out princess and a know they are litter mates,,,[princess and flash]atb

princess was fair on top of fen floor but like alot of em jan slopes they dont perform only a few cut it but we all strive for that animal and sadly princess wasnt that animal ive personly only had one

Lenn told me himself princess not flashy a fen bitch won some matches with her.she stay longer than rust. now lads dont spoil teh topic with silly arguments..i dont give a feck if people run my dogsdown its up to me if i lke them or not..just take no notice of any derogatory remarks ..how many times have i heard foxy couldnt handle 5 hares..... snowy jacked.... susie was just snowys sister and lived off her fame.. i never get angry about what people think there more things to worrry about in life.. i cant really understand why people argue about coursing dogs because if someonehas teh arse to say my dogsbetter than yours they can sort it out in teh field not on a computer...i think nowadays if people ask someone for a match they take it teh worng way and think he calling my dog rubbish and arguments start.... there is no such thing as teh best coursing dog cos there dogs out there just as good owned by someone who doesnt match... just enjoy your sprt lads its fecking hard enough ....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ps this dogis teh best retriever and will never be beaten lollol just joking.... it jacks wont run in cover and whines all day and couldnt killa myxy rabbit given fair law.. i tried steroids and other perfrmance enhancing substances but f**k all works its teh worst dog i ever seen run and i own it.... think ive crabbed my dog enough so noone esle can lol and dontfecking ring me for matches as my fones switched off and if anyone has any shot retrieved hares ill buy them so i can take some nice pictures with him cos that the only opportunity ill get..piece of garbage he is.. atb paul

Just like to say i have really enjoyed this thread, been some good reading and some cracking photo,s. I have had dogs on and off for a little over twenty years mainly lamping and ferreting dogs and also did a few seasons digging with the terriers. I never got into the coursing scene, however if i could turn the clock back i would liked to have give it a try, don't get me wrong have coursed and caught daytime long ears on varied ground, but never seen a dog run the fens. Alas the best times for you lads have gone now, and you just have to do the best you can. I would of loved the crack of meeting in the cafes seeing matches avoiding dibble ect. As i said is a great thread on what spectacular runners the saluki hybrids are, keep em coming. Cheers Atb fellas
