zini 1,939
Hi all, Just thought id put up a quick post and show you the new handle that arrived today for my Deban Tracer Max lamp. I have managed to get it to work with my Deben dimmer switch and so it should be very useful now when hunting with a buddy. Ive tapped the handle on / off switch to the on position and now use the on / off button on the dimmer switch. If seems to work a treat. Ive also got a amber filter to try, hopefully it will do well. Ill test it on Friday night when im out lamping again with some pals and give you all a update. Si Quote Link to post
Marksman 934
Nice Si! I dunno how you'll find the amber filter, it might be better with the dimmer switch but Gary and myself thought it was too bright on the normal switch and spooked them earlier Darryl Quote Link to post
zini 1,939
Ill let you know Darryl buddy. I think if the dimmer is switched right down it may be ok. If not ill use the red one as i know that works fine with the dimmer switch. Si Quote Link to post
