had a 12 ft dig on sunday and was useing the barryvox with b & f collar ,landed smack bang on tube ,the barryvox is a better reciever . had a few this year with bellman box but most of time on a deep en we tend to miss the tube and break in from the side ,the barryvox is startin to shine above all the rest for accuracy as someone has said before the barryvox goes down to 0.1 and the bellman 0.3 so thats why we keep missing .but if your doing shallow digs all the time i dont think it matters which one

Your right there the i used the bellman for the first half of the season it was always off either ended up beside the tube or on top of the game which ment i ended up pushing the game out on the dog makein it very hard to train pups so baught the debenm 40ft finder have about 14 dug with it and no bothers never used barryvox so cant comment on

Well said ive only tryed the B.F and a couple of time's ive landed on to the side of tube

The barryvox actually goes down to 0.0. I find it a great box and far more accuarte than the pieps DSP.

The barryvox actually goes down to 0.0. I find it a great box and far more accuarte than the pieps DSP.

 

 

cheers pal thought it was 0.1 but 0.0 is even better ,i think they are the dogs bollocks and barryvox have made the new bellman collar for bellman so i think says it all .....happy digging lads

barryvox pulse and b&f collar light years ahead of anything else out there spot on everytime id certainly recomend it the peips box is ok but its slow and as been said before you tend to drop to the side and on deep dig you can miss the tube

Another vote for the barryvox pulse.

The bellman should come with a free probe so you can locate the tube

 

Nah just messing, i have used them both and they are both decent boxes, i think barryvox is more acurate and quicker.

My barryvox is out of action at the minute, but i trust Bryan will get it sorted,.

right thanks for your help and time,were do i buy a barryvox box an bellman collar? are there certain model numbers or anything? need to get one asap before end of season so i can get used to it for next season,useing a deben at the moment but im not confident with it and tend to shy away from big places,thanks

which bellman collar should i get? or should i just get the collar that comes with the barryvox?

The coller that comes with the orto gear is just as good as the bellman, in fact I think it may be cheaper.

Have heard the bellman coller is slightly more acurate, but i cant say as ive not tried it with the barryvox.
