ulverston moocher 60
If the ferrets you are on about are the two in your avatar even though it is a bad picture I personly wouldnt call them greyhound ferrets they just look like your avarage ferrets just longer and fatter no offence meant mate just an honest opinion.Magwitch yours look spot on mate and are what we class as greyhound ferrets round here mate they allways seem to be albino as well or all the ones I have seen tend to be but I could be wrong. michael40 4
never said it would work better, i meant it would work quicker, i never said those ferrets in my avatar are grey hound ferrets, or if they were ferret's at all, it's just a picture never said they were mythical beasts tossers Quote Link to post

jamie g 17
those ferrets you got are a old type micheal. we found one in bad health a year or so back. and i had never seen one with the long noise and body like that. we got it back to health and i think there is good promise with it working. its good to have ferrets off other good ferrets but not all will always work well. young ferrets are best entered in some small burys to srat with. get them use to getting in the rabbits 1st and then once they get the hang put them down some bigger burys. you have seen that one ferret we have mike and he works superb. we will take your ferrets out next week when we have time off the shooting for a change. and go see what they can do. i think they will do a cracking job and will be handy at the end of the year when we start to ferret alot Quote Link to post
