lurcherlass 5
Actually I was drawn into it by Kay's comments about how annoyed she was with what I'd said. The original point I was making was that Greyhound Gap had not come on here and asked for money which seems to be what everyone is up in arms about - it was someone else repeating a mass email sent to their members. Surely the decision about how to spend their funds lies with the charity itself and their supporters, no matter what other people's opinions may be? As it happens it looks like the pup has overcome the worst of her illness and is now eating again.

I hope NEITHER of your or Gaps admirable efforts will be adversly affected by this thread, and I hope the pup makes a full recovery and gets rehomed ,but I still feel the funds were being misdirected, in this case. It's Gaps decission how they spend their funds; but best of luck to you all ! Cheers.
Annmarie09 5
At the risk of starting this row up again which I don't want to do, I thought I would let you all know this news: "Daisie is doing absolutly fine now and is a typical bouncy boisterous puppy. She recovered so well literally from being flat to the last dose of interferon being administered and was soon leaping around asking to leave the vets. We can not thank you enough for helping us to save this little ladies life."
