It uses metal spacers and baffles and is far superior than the original AA silencer that came with the rifle. Riff and I tested it at the range before we bashed some bunnies. I've thought of putting either wire wool or scourer inside it because as Si said, the fibrous material dissipates the crack of the blast of air. Phantom Quote Link to post
