flytie 1
    Frozen, thawed, frozen, thawed etc.etc. = food poisoning. No thanks I will give them at most three or four days, I normally do them the day after shooting, then eat or freeze. I'm not big on eating rotten meat. As a child we had to eat what was put in front of us, now I'm a big boy (old git) I can please my self, And do ft Edited February 6, 2010 by flytie Quote Link to post

Deker 3,478
Quick update, did mine today, too lazy to pluck but they skinned a treat, 4 of us for lunch, and strange as it may seem the other 3 had never tasted Pheasant, all of them were impressed and happy to come back for more!! PS...as someone else said..when they start to go green be very careful!!! Quote Link to post
