comanche 3,124
Mk 2 and Mk3 locator boxes do not pick-up the Mk1 collar . The Mk1 box will pick up both Mk2 and Mk3 collars though up to 10 or 11 feet Quote Link to post
wilson4347 5
What is the problem with the mk2 locators? no one seems to want to touch them? Quote Link to post
comanche 3,124
What is the problem with the mk2 locators? no one seems to want to touch them? They relied on a very flickery Led display and some funny noises to gauge the depth . As far as functionability went they were worse than some of the early attempts to build locators in the sixties and early seventies . Deben had to return to MK1 technology and reinstate the sensitivity knob to create the Mk3 before too many folk started complaining . Quote Link to post
