muppet 0 Posted October 4, 2006 Report Share Posted October 4, 2006 [/img] Picked up my female harris last week,was dreading it as she had wing tip odeamia (frostbite)last season and lost a fair bit of flesh from the ends of her wingtips.Thought she,d never fly again let alone hunt damned if she didn,t prove me wrong.The only problem i can see is some superficial scarring to some of the feathers on her right wing which obviousely affects her not at all.She had two slips and took the second in fine style at 2lb 1 and a half ounces.Not bad for a reformed cripple.
