I could be wrong but a mate had this print years ago i am sure its of two waterloo cup finalists in the 1800 s.If you google landseer the artist to queen victoria theirs some good works of art concerning dogs.atb dell

sold in 1888 for £535,,,,, ,,,,jesus,,,,that must have been some ammount off money back then,,,ive never spent more than £150 on a dog and its 2010,,, thant guy must off had deep pockets

that prints called first turn and there was another kill in the ditch,bosum 11 yes i also bought it off hosker,he used to sell them via the shooting news or round the shows.

at 1st i thought it was the painting that sold for that

 

but i somtimes go on greyhound data base for a wee look at old photo,s

 

and the miss glendyne,,,,stat,s were---Won Waterloo Cup 1886, runner up Penelope II . Sold in 1888 for £535.10s.

 

 

i seen another,,,coursing grehound bitch that won, 62 out off 67 courses,,,,must have been some bitch

 

 

 

not came across any prints off them chasing,,,but i bet there a few on there,,,worth alook guy,s,,if u like seeing pic,s off old coursing greys,,,some have a story to them,,but there too small to print on here,,but can be read on there,,,,fly sharpe has a wee story to it,,,about a toff buying dog from a tramp

 

tex to small to read on here me thinks but not on there
