hi fella. i just rubbed it down with sand paper and a quick rub with steel wool before i gave it 3 coats of primer (rubbing down between each coat) and finally giving it 2 coats of plastikote paint. reason for plastikote is no lacquer required and once i scratch it its easy to sort out.

hope this helps

regards

Looks good to me Chris buddy

I think that you will really get on with that .22 calibre mate.

I'll give you 2 or 3 weeks and you will be knocking them over at 50 metres easily buddy.

Lee,

Thats his second Ultra buddy.

His first one had a Hogan silencer fitted, so he knows what the standard ones are like mate.

Give him time and i think Chris will change it again.

Yes i think a Hogan could be another good call buddy .

What pellets are you going to use in it pal?

I guess you are going to stick with your favourite AA Fields mate.

You may well find that you get another 5 or so shots with it being a .22 calibre rifle mate.

You know it may work out the best thing Chris if you try some FX in that barrel.

Im sure the Ultra barrel and the R10 barrel are the same mate and you know how the R10 likes FX flavour :whistling:
