Attack Fell Terrier 864
I've only heard good things about this man's terriers, so if you have got one directly from him then you may have a decent dog if you bring it on properly in time. Best of luck with the pup. Quote Link to post

Nick has only got one bitch at home but he's got access to others if he wants to breed for himself. I don't think for one minute that he'd go down root. How were you so offended by Nick that you have to continually ruin the threads about his dogs ? PM if you want just can't get my head around you're attitued. Quote Link to post

smelly dog 16
BE AWARE that if you are paying £££££'s for dogs/pups that are said to be NS breeding, it could well be a made up pedigree, as NS gave his dogs/pups, free of charge to lads he TRUSTED to work the dogs and not use them as ££££ makers. Very easy for the sellers to say the dog/pup is out of a popular breeders dogs, to sell for the extra £££££. Quote Link to post
jake824 517
hi i have just got myself a pat bitch bred from nick stevens line just out of curiosity is the pup direct out nicks stuff or did the breeder say it was his lines. not trying to be arsey just interested cos a lot of people state their dogs are this way bred when they might have a great great aunty or something that was part nicks stuff and then bred down to other stuff but still stated as nick stevens lines.hope the pup works out for ya mate , just interested in that line of terrier thats all hi im after members views and experiance on nick stevens lines as ive just bought a 10 month old bitch.i had a plummer bitch the last nine year that done everything i could of asked of her (bushing, ratting, ferreting and earth work)but had to get her PTS just after christmas.and being out without a terrier just is not the same so i have managed to get myself a nice little patt, she seems very keen to work.so will just have to see how she comes on. any info personal experiance's i would like to here also some pics would be great thanks john Quote Link to post

I dont have an agenda with Nick, I think he is a great fella, a good terrierman, but cant believe all the bull shit, and ass liking that goes on here. The thing is you may think that his line is the best bar none, I disagree, there is good, and bad in all lines dont matter who bred them. Busterdogs you PM me about a dog down hear that was given away by Nick as a failure, you said you knew the dog in question, so you tell me why such a dog was passed on, and how many others down the line have done the same. The bitch you mention was also passed on by you as you said it was to small, and couldn't hold the ....I dont dowt that this line does produce good dogs but i could tell you of a few that were not up to the mark, but were still bred from, and I could take you to a couple of places were some of the failures were given to pet homes, guess what some of them had pups also. John asked about the line, so I gave my opion, as I said good, and bad in all lines. GOOD LUCK AGAIN WITH THE BITCH JOHN, and keep it real. Quote Link to post
darrell jnr 16
myself i,ve only ever heard good stuff about the man NS and even better about his dogs, there,s good and bad in all strains and lines ,of that there,s no doubt ,but then again propeer up bringing, correct entering all play a big part in how the dog turns out ,time and effort pays dividends...atb...darrell. duggy 142
thanks for the replies.the lad who i got the bitch off said he got the bitch dirictly from nick the lad seemed very genuine and even ofered to take me out with her when she's matured so well pleased.had to make a 8-9hour round trip but i think she's worth it.or and he wasnt after big £££ as i paid well under what i was expecting to pay as pups ive seen advertised seem to be £200 plus. but she is still young and ive got plenty of time to bring her on so i'll just see how she progreses. i'll see if i can get some pics up later for you's to see. thanks again john Quote Link to post
