killing starlins

law changed in jan this year mate starlings are on general licence but for trap and release only not for shooting (you can shoot them but only when a special licence has been issued

 

these birds have also been added to the general list BUT for trap and release only by the following means

a. a cage or net trap,

b. a static mist-net for taking birds in flight or any hand-held net;

c. any sound recording in conjunction only with a) and B) above.
