ferreting/ lamping weekends

Sorry mate, ive got a 2 year old boy that sits on my lap looking at all the dogs on here and thinks he can comment hiself lol i will go over it now. may be im a bit thick aswell.

by the sound of it you think others are a bit thick as well

Hope you find more rabbits then us ,we work hundreds of acres round hereford,tarrington,bosbry, and mixy has hit them hard this season.

big bags last few seasons,this time hard work for small bags even on fresh ground and farms we left for a season............................atb .steve

Whats that suposed to mean? i take it you dont think it's a good idea

no i dont mate your talking about having a rabbit pen to train terriers then you said there'd be perfect burries and there'd only be scent, well who in the world would want a dog that marks on scent, you want a dog to follow scent not mark it, it should only mark occupied burries other wise you'll be teaching dogs to false mark and theres nothing worse than not being able to trust your dog

what i mean is the rabbits will be in the pen and will be able to make good there escape into many burries that are around. and the perfect burries are around the ground as no one has touched them for 2 seasons.

These are the dates available at the moment

 

from 15th october to 31st

november 5th- 28th any weekend between the 2 dates

december 3rd- 23rd

 

there are a few dates in september but need to be confirmed.

sounds agreat idea and well hope it goes to plan done afew sporting dsays for clients on the estate i have permision on and invited a few good guys they allhad fun and enjoyed there self all the best to your venture and if you need advice pm me

If youlads dont want to go ferreting there is talk of packages ie 2 nights lamping or for the ferreting boys 2 days ferreting. may be some clay shooting aswell involved. also may have the chance to do some paint balling. the lakes will be open aswell
