uploading images

Hi all, been out today for a few hours and got some pics i want to upload, but when i try it wont let me, says image to large and wont scale down.sorry im not that good with computers, know how to turn on and off any help appreiciated, thanks.

try putting the photos on photobucket, re size them there, then put on here

for future reference, lower the resolution on your camera/phone it'll make the pictures computer friendly
