Alexisrouzee 6
Are you still thinking about the R10 Lex? ATB. Bill. yeah very much so, but for that money there are a couple of guns that are just as good hw100t is defiantly one... AA510sl is another...but i have had a go on a R10 and it does sit well in my shoulder... im not sure though as i have my gunpower storm that is well and truly suited to me now, i have done so much work on it (well when i say me i must say a thankyou to drum for sorting my valve stem, top hat, and a hybrid hammer system) but have just done some custom grips (like a glove) so i was thinking that maybe i should get a more compact pcp..... arrrr i dont know i would have my gn cabinet filled with all of them if i could regards Quote Link to post
Alexisrouzee 6
Hi Lex. I bet the Hadrian's wall trek was nice. ATB. Bill. hadrians wall was by far and a way the most intense thing i have ever done!! 84 miles in 4 days with full kit!! one of the days we covered 30 miles and 7 of them were in the dark! i honestly thought i was going to loose my little toes  as the blisters had taken most of the skin off of my toes... there was a really low point on the 3rd morning... still 2 full days of walking left when i took off my blister plasters puss and blood sprayed out of the open blisters  , 13 in total.... yeah that was really bad, still got the duck tape out and cotton wool and away we went.. in hind sight i wish i didnt agree to do it but we raised together £1000 for cancer research so was worth it and only thing keeping me going.. memories ..... Well done you !! no, the boots had covered over 250 miles of prep mileage before the yomp, thats was with 50kg back packs too, i have no idea what happened as my mate suffered with blisters worse than me but after the first day i had 7 he had none!! WTF!? any how... was an experience thats for sure!! 1 in 3 people are directly effected by cancer and it has to stop, i cannot believe in this day and age we still have to suffer it!! I looked at several before going for the 100. Gald I took my time over it, and after several changes of mind, made the right choice for me. As you know, the build quality and magazine system are brilliant........Im in love with it Know what you mean about a cupboard full would be easy to keep adding I will be sticking to a springer Hw98 and ONE pcp HW100.....cant carry any more Having said that....one that was on my list, and is definately compact was the BSA ultra Multi shot, felt brilliant in the shoulder, very nice rifle, ohhh bugger you got me thinking now ATB. JackReid 35
hi guys, just thought id start a new topic of your shoot pics large and small. i had a great morning last sunday at a shoot of mine in kent, its a fairly small area of land (about 3 acres i guess) but its over run with squirrels and rabbits, anyway 10 mins in i got my first squirrel with a head shot, even though i have a silencer everything scattered for cover.... so i quietly worked my way down the field, when a rabbit bolted of the field to my left and stopped dead infront of me but stopped with just its head infront of a post so it couldn't see me?? aimed for a heart shot at only 20m and the rabbit went down, then then as i was going to call it a day i took one last walk down the hedge line and bagged my 2nd squirrel... all in all a great morning!! 3 really nice clean shots and a rabbit for the stew. please add your pics and a few comments Most ceryainly had a more productive shoot than me mate! Good work keep it up. Jack Quote Link to post
