when to feed a lurcher when lamping

i am just wondering peoples opinions on when to feed a dog when u r going to lamp it thanks

feed them 30 mins after so they ger the best out of there meal....thats what i got told anyway .

any idea how long before they run i dont want the dog to be full but still want it to have loads of energy

feed mine 6 hours prior to lamping and feed again on returning home..

if you know your going out that night feed them that morning and feed them when you get back

If you feed it early in morning mate about half what it usually gets.

Then give it bit extra when you get back from your night out should do the trick. atb

7.30 in morning mate a bowl full dont make any diffrence to my dogs actully i think they got more energy

dog run on ther fat and not on food they have had that day so if you dog is in good condition they will not get any more enargy from feeding that day i just feed my dogs when i back

night before always works for me,that way all the food is digested,then feed when i come home
