It was so under-cooked i can only describe it a 'blue'... The guts were still fridge temperature and everything - still makes gag thinking about it. It was my first time eating the bird so thought that was how it was 'supposed' to be eaten and as a guest I had to be 'polite' - The look on my dads face accross the table was a picture and it turned out we had the same idea.......
