Ferreting at Penrith

Had a look out today, up to Penrith. Myself and johnrthrfrd off here, and even managed to get the old fella off his arse. Had a blinding day, got 14 fat, healthy rabbits and each one bolted as if it had a rocket up its jacksie. Lovely to get a new bit of land where all the sets are nice and easy to net up, no clearing. What a great day, right enjoyed myself.

another good day got home skinned rabbits kid in pub had asked for one so took it down bad mistake wernt there

4 hrs sleep nowt to eat and 6 pints johns smiths well knackered now. nets arrived but no body in so will get them from post office to morro her indoors says the car is scruffy blamed ye dad cheers again mate .

lomgnets are here havent taken them out of the bags yet but they are brand new looks a lot of net to get tangled up .
