you only get out your dog what you put into it, i also spent 20 mins on rubbin dog down with a good embrocation which stimulated muscles and blood circulation,before and after exercise.

rubbing adog is exelent for getting a good bond with a dog and bringing its coat up but a porto mag pumps the blood around more eficiantley thus preventing some injuries and healing some my dogs love toget in them and when they come out they have a real pump on

Yes big All that sort of sums it up lol , 'alan as we both no its commitment , not missing training , doin things right every day , not just some days , good food , dry warm kennels , if your dog looks well they tend to run well ,its a shame the jobs finished !!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe done for you fellas and I don't blame youse, but Im having my time at it now :gunsmilie: , so keep up with the advice and tips, something on diets next please :victory: atvb Richard

where's the best place to get an electric running matchine from then lads?

look under the other thread on mills .swagboy got one for sale ,or try getting hold of the greyhound star at your local greyhound track, there an advert in there ,bit dear new 1450,second hand 300 up wards, dont buy a human one there not long enough in the bed,hope this helps you out

Here's one I used for years with Max (Dancer X Smokey) sire to Willow. This was a human one and worked fine for one dog at a time

Incidentaly Alan, you wouldn't happen to have any better photo's of Max? I never took a proper one while I had him.
