just wondering??

I have heard of this type of thing up and down the country luckily not had any experience of it myself

honestly it is really extreme and cruel they say we are cruel for hunting but how cruel is nearly tearing a dogs leg off at 40mph?? how do they justify it?? why havent they got the rspca at them?? my dog never ran on the fields where they were set but i saw first hand the dogs leg and it made me feel sick.

hopefully now although i sympathise with the dogs people reading will see why i put that comment about seting them up? it would for sure deter me from poaching anywhere and i have never been back to them fields since that day and nor would i dare go again point proved i think? :victory:

[bANNED TEXT] the f**k was that all about you need to chill out mate.

ok am sat here wondering what a 5/8 saluki 1/8 bull 2/8 grey would look like?? yes i am that bored lol, have any of you ever seen one? owned one? have a picture?? if so what did it work like?? cheers.

lol,couldn't agree more.

Really dont want to get involved in an argument but to be fair I live in Somerset and have no such problems, but regularly go to stay in Spilsby, Lincolnshire and have good first hand information that yes farmers there are setting wire traps at dog neck height. Sick fu$kers. As stated its not the dogs fault its the owners.

cheers for that reply mate, up here they were at about ankle level and a few hit them full out did them some right damage then when we got lifted the coppers did them for neglect of the animal as well as gang poaching the total :censored:

No worries mate like i said dont want to get in a tit for tat but people need to realise this is a real thret in some areas and could become a problem anywhere.

pml nice one :clapper:

all i asked was the title thread ffs!! then have to defend myself for replying to another thread takes the :censored: micky!

jf, ask people on here...ok il ask now does any of the north east lads come from round middlesborough and have been out hunting on a big estate out towards scarbrough/ scaling dam area?? if so have you ever seen the low wire entanglements the keepers have put out to stop coursing?? i only know it as 6 of us went coursing (when legal) and got locked up for gang poaching by 5 or more members!!!

to add to the above, i was out with a few lads over there on a seperate occasion and about 5 landrovers pulled up the farmers and keepers jumped out with their shot guns pointed it at one of the lads dogs, upon which the lad pulled out a handgun held it to the farmer/keeper and told him if he shoots the dog he's gunna shoot him then go to the blokes house and do his wife and his kids whilst they sleep, if he hadnt we'd of got a beating they let us go funny enough.

where i live now the young lads (18-20) were out doing a bit poaching for rabbits when the landowner and his son pulled up gave them a hiding took their dogs and shot them so yeah thats what they do and no its not beruit or iraq or northern ireland its a sleepy little village right out of the way in the middle of the pennines theres still some nasty folk around!! hope that answers your question? daks :)

no but i am going to try and join the bnp and get this country cleaned up a bit :clapper:

I would never set wires for dogs ,and to be honest this is done regularly in LIncs ,but it does not seem to deter the poachers, perhaps they don't care about their dogs?

There are a lot of things wrong with this country ,but I dont think the BNP will sort them ,just a personal opinion.

Watched the film Harry Brown the other night ,and found myself agreeing totally with the character, just to say I am no bleeding liberal.

i typed a reply to a post on another thread saying that to stop poachers.....well you can just read it i spose by the divvy that posted at the begining of this one what i put, as i have said many times so far it was just a thought and its what happens up where i live too it is guaranteed to make you think before a slip, is it really worth my dog for a long ear?? if people run them then again its as i posted on here the handlers fault not the dog and if the dog gets smashed up then who's fault is that?? the handler. if i found out people were up here poaching my permission i would offer it up as a suggestion to the landowner then its upto him what he does about it as long as he tells me before i go out which again he would as i always ring him to confirm its ok it would make idiots think twice if they did go out poaching and there dogs got tore to bits i wonder if their balls would be so big when they have no 5 out of 5 hare dog as its demolished its leg??

i do not agree 100% with the views of the bnp but only on abortion etc i agree totally though that if all these imigrants and polish were sent packing then we would have at least a few more jobs why should i who has paid my taxes since the day i left school served my country in the forces have to pay for some ethnic or polish to come live here?? i am expected to live on 35 a week as i get taxed for having a war pension!!! whilst the rest of mine and your money goes to house, cloth, feed, give them phones, cars these bloody foriegners its a disgrace another thing for sure is i didnt vote labour but if i had i would be pissed off that gordon brown is running the country!! he's a jock and they have their own parliament dont they?? why doesnt he piss off back to scotland and run his own country amd pretty sure 99% of the labour voters didnt votehim into officeso why the hell is he there?? also why are our prisons full?? its again because they are full of muslims, polish, morrocans and yes i can personally vouch for this as i have not long been out myself...daks :)

So youre a BNP supporter who advocates shooting dogs, setting wire traps, giving poachers a good hiding, hang around with lads who would shoot keepers and their wife/kids, and has recently come out of prison?

Are you sure you arent an anti, muslim appeasing, left wing student taking the mick?

i live out in the sticks and the farmers around here are sick of lampers cutting fences, stealing equipment threatning farmers, there has even been a garage done by two lads with a greyhound like dog. i dont condone violence to man or beast but farmer are men just like us with property just like us and we wouldnt want people in your back garden robbing your shed!!

get permission go all out for it and you will get it, i have worked for mine in the past you dont get owt for nowt

if you poach then the conequences have to be faced. wether thats being given a kicking or going to court or god forbid the b*****d shoots your dog. its the poachers choice to risk it all.

im not getting into the argument about what daks said this is my point of view.

by the way i did stray off some permission once many years ago and a farmer came at me with a rifle i told him he had a choice to let me prove my innocence or he could shoot me while i was shoving his rifle up his arse (He put the gun in his van) we went back to the farmhouse of my permission and the matter was sorted peacably. but in them days i would have fought anybody :boxing:

'steveS.Yorks' i can assure you i aint a student am too bloody old for all that education shite, i am not a facist or racist, i have never and would never shoot a dog that i am 110% sure about, i have never owned a handgun yeah i know people that do and if i wanted one probably could get one so what?? i have never laid traps to mangle dogs up nor would i as previously mentioned IT WAS A THOUGHT, THAT WOULD STOP POACHERS, POSTED IN A TOTALLY DIFFERANT THREAD ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS HAS ANYONE OWNED OR SEEN A 5/8 SALUKI 1/8 BULL 2/8 GREY THEN ALL THIS SHIT WENT OFF WHICH REMINDS ME........

@NORTHYORKS YOU STILL HAVENT GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT MY OFFER FROM THE FIRST PAGE!!!

oh yea and i have never and would never give anyone out with their dogs a hiding even if they were poaching what would be the point?? it isnt my land, and the only thing they would be doing poaching my permission which i worked hard to get and there is a fair bit of it (just ask sambam off here as he's just been out with me)is pissing me off and signing the dogs death warrant!!! not my dog not my problem.

stroller cheers for that mate :notworthy:
