Give your head a shake, mate !! Colour makes NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER to the hunting ability of a dog ! The quarry, whether night or day doesn't see a difference between a black or white dog !! The on

you are talking a load of shit and next time you breed a litter i hope the lot of them are f*****g white

If only it was that easy.... Obviously it is easier to spot a white dog on a moor compared to any other, you just need to scan the horizon and see how easy it is to spot sheep. Don't make a white dog

The only difference MIGHT be if a keeper or farmer looking out from a mile or more away, might just see a BLACK or WHITE dog running a field, day time before he see's a brindle or fawn dog....... but it makes no difference to the quarry, or lamping !!

Cheers.

If only it was that easy.... Obviously it is easier to spot a white dog on a moor compared to any other, you just need to scan the horizon and see how easy it is to spot sheep. Don't make a white dog bad though. As for getting spotted poaching, farmers, keepers etc are out in the field 365 days a year, think how good their eyes are at spotting game etc. The more you are out the easier it is to spot a hare so they're gonna spot a 27 inch f*****g lurcher no matter the colour so I wouldn't worry about it. I'll tell you wnat, if all the folk who are breeding from good stock don't want white lurchers, just send them to me, I'll find good homes for them. :toast:

how do we know rabbits ,hare and fox,s see in colour if they dont then they go on movment so colour wouldnt even come into it .jmo

I have a white Bullx, I have no problems. But over the Xmas period I was on the mountain in the snow, accross the field there was a fox mouching about, my white Bullx took off after it and got to about ten feet of it before the fox had a chance to see him, so obviously it does have it's advantages.
