change of address advice needed

when moving home is it as simple to change address on fac cert as it its sgc cert

as i understand with shotguns you just move then send back cert then officer visits checks sercurity and gives new cert

is it as simple as that with firearns certificte

i beleive it is..........i have however heard of some police forces wanting the guns to go into storage at an rfd until the cabinets approved.....but dont know how right that is.

 

give them a ring and they will advise on their procedure.
