siskin 4 Posted January 24, 2010 Report Share Posted January 24, 2010 (edited) ours was a mark one Metro in the mid 90s,god did we love that battle wagon,went up and down the country with bits dropping off or packing up.5 kids in the back and camping gear wife driving we got lost in wales,the wife reversed down a stone wall drive way,that tappered in wards,we got wedged in so we had to rev the ferk out of it as we shot out the stones gourted the sides ripped the plastic trim off looked a right skip.In the end about a year latter it falied a mot and had to be scrapped complete with the back end covered in place name stickers the old girl had taken us too in our 2 year owner ship/spending spree. TOPPER 1,809 Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 fiat 500 i had to take the front seat out to get in it i used to smoke it round sat on the back seat cost me a fiver isold it to a bloke for £20 and 6 months later it was in one of the car mags with a porshe 911 lump grafted in it , next car was a armstrong siddley big monster thing done about 7mpg swap it for a vauxhall 101 super Quote Link to post Share on other sites
