a few pics in the snow

thanks turbo, not really hes still young (even younger in the head). just mooching about mostly, took him ferriting for the first time last week but nothing bolted, had him out on the lamp a few times.

good luck with him mate whats he like on the lamp

the few times iv had him out was mainly to "watch and learn" and give him 1-3 runs mostly doubled up but hes had a few single he seems really keen, that was befor the snow came and in my mind he was still abit young, the rabbits round here are lampshy as they get hammerd but hopfully going saturday night to get him some easy confedance boosters. he can very headstrong and immature at times so over the summer i hope to sort this and get hes retrive ect up to scratch ready for next season. not rushing things with him so fingers crossed

sam there some decent pics of your dog he looks well put together he is the spit of mine but mines a sal whip grey and from the sounds of it acts up like him too!!! you got it right about taking it slow with him thats exactly what im doing with mine, your going to get more than you think when you go out up here, confidance is not the word he'l think he can catch anything when your finished lol he will be a differant dog il bet you, there is a lad on here called langlycharmer he and his dog gyp came out with me and now his dog is taking double figures every other night, i think his caught 14 and mine got 15 or there abouts that was taking turns running a bunny each you and the dog will enjoy it am looking forward to it :)
