nehunter73 2 Posted January 21, 2010 Report Share Posted January 21, 2010 Finally got out today after all the cruddy weather. Definately worth the wait. Went up the moors at 9.30 this morning, snow was still canny bad, but still worthwhile going. First couple of setts the rabbits bolted fine, as i got higher up the snow got deeper and the rabbits would not bolt, had to resort back to the spade LOL. In one respect all the digging kept me warm at least. All in all a pretty good day, a good bag of 15, plus i got me first black one for the year. My mate came out with me and got 22 with the shotgun so makes 37 for the day. Best sett i saw was a 6 holer that produced 16 rabbits. Had a good day all in all. Quote Link to post
