Malt 379
There's a theory that reckons that it's all a form of self hypnosis. A participant is either moving the glass on purpose on a wind up, or subconsciously moving the glass without realising it.

yorksjt 0
There is an area of parkland with the hall still situated at the top of it near me that has a reputation for being haunted. There are loads of stories about from the park and hall but my neighbour told one that stuck with me. He had taken a guy to shoot one of the ponds on an evening and the guest had taken his own dog to do the retrieving. It was a red setter that he trialed and was proven, however at the end of the flight the dog wouldn't work so they collected as many as they could find but they knew more had not been left. My neighbour then let the guest get on his way, went home and picked his own lab up. When he got back to the pond again the dog wouldn't work so he put it in the car and went to a pheasant pen close by. A few months earlier his old springer had died and he buried it in the pen so that it was less likely to be disturbed by foxes, he then placed a panel of corrugated steel over the spot. When he got close to the pen he saw something on the panel and as he got closer he saw that it was his springer's head looking back at him. Shitting himself he quickly went back to his car. As he stood there he thought about it for a minute then built up courage to go back to try and straighten his head out and make sense of what he had seen. As he got closer again the head was there looking his way, as he entered the pen it became obscured by brash but he could still make it out. It wasn't until he was about ten feet off when he clearly saw it and it was a duck that had land on the panel on its back, the light breast and dark wings giving the impression of a springer's head and ears. So now he tells everyone it was the best dog he ever had as it carried on retrieving in death.
Guest AngelicAcid
Got a few myself. When my dad was a keeper, he saw a bloke who was standing about 40 or so yards away, he shouted over to the bloke, who walked away, my dad who was a good athelete, chased after him, once the bloke was round the corner my dad was only feet behind him, once he turned the corner the bloke was a good distance infront of him this happenedc til my dad gave up. Another was of a big hall, where he was a keeper again. This was a well known apparition, every time someone from the hall was going to die, a horsedrawn carrige was seen coming out, of the ground, one night my dad saw this, and froze. The next day or so someone of importance died.
