Steve Albano 21
I guess Bell Labs figured that their Talprid mole bait gummy worms don't work, so they had better come up with a trap. Actually looks pretty slick to me, but it's a bit pricey at about 30 dollars per trap. Also Bell Labs website say it's targeted to professional trappers. I'll order one in the next couple of days and see what I think. Quote Link to post
salukiwhippet 6
Saw one at PestTech. They're bloody enormous. My moling bag normally has 30 odd talpex, duffus and scissors in it, I reckon I could maybe fit 6 of these things. £15-£18 according to the young lady who was promoting it. (She was the best bit!!) Matt 160
The Talpirid baited worms do work very well, but unfortunately (depending on your viewpoint) we will never get that product in the UK because of our mad pesticide laws. I can't see the new trap taking off with pro trappers - I think the real target market is the householder who wants to DIY. The young lady on the Bell stand at Pestech was Brady Miller. She's ok, but is also a very good cage fighter - so I wouldn't try anything on!!!! Edited January 21, 2010 by Matt the Rat Quote Link to post
